Which means if you are not happy with your order, we will happily refund you the product costs that you were charged minus 30%. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Return Option If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. Do NOT accept damaged goods from a freight carrier until the delivery agent has noted on delivery receipt or freight bill the nature and extent of the damages. All dog houses returned because they are too large or too small for your dog are subject to a 30% restocking fee, must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. If needed, we will issue you a return authorization number (RAN), and we will detail the item(s) that you need to return.
